Some things to take note of if you work in a shop:

• is the shop door left open all the time

• is there a hot air blower right by the door? What a waste!
  

• Is the chiller cabinet or display effectively insulated?

• Do you automatically hand out plastic bags or do you ask if the customer wants one?

• Do you purposefully stock refill packs and products with less packaging?

• Can you re-use or recycle the packaging used for bulk deliveries?

• Do you provide containers for customers to return or recycle packaging

• Do you reward customers for good environmental behaviours, for example returning re-usable containers such as egg-boxes - perhaps just a thank-you would do!
