Greenmetropolis is a website that allows you to buy and sell second hand books very cheaply. Basically you register with the site, tell them the books you want to sell, and when someone wants your books you will be advised and you dispatch it directly to them. All books cost £3.75 to buy, and you are paid £3.00 for each book you sell. There’s some postage costs on top of that of course. You’re not going to make a fortune, but you will at least get some good reads very cheaply.

Oxfam will take your books. Hand them in at a shop or find a book bank .
