Unless you are too embarrassed about that S Club 7 CD, you could try taking them to a second hand record store, or charity shop. If they really are too bad to listen too, you can make bird scarers, mobiles, Christmas decorations, coasters… the list is endless...

Polymer Recycling Limited recycle not only CDs, but jewel cases and card inserts as well.
Poly C Reclaimers offer businesses a service to recycle CDs and DVDs.
CDs for Good Causes will donate 50p to a charity of your choice for each CD you send them that they think can be re-sold.
Oxfam and other charity shops would like your CDs to sell.
